Your set of plans will vary based on the size and scope of your project. Our minimum package comes with a detailed set of floor plans, foundation, elevations and a bird’s eye of the roof. Most of our plans are saved to a ¼” scale ARCH D (24”x36”) paper size unless the house fits better on a larger size.

HOW DO I GET MY PLANS?

Plans will be sent to either you or a print shop digitally in a PDF format or we can print them off for you at a cost of $6.00 per page. Preliminary plans will be sent through email in a PDF for you to review. Hard copies are available for $6.00 per page for a full sheet (24”x36”) or $4.00 per page for a half set (11”x17”).

HOW MUCH DO PLANS COST?

Every project is different. Basic plan packages start around $500.00 and go up from there.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME TO CREATE THE PLANS?

We have found that the more information we get up front the faster the turnaround on your Project. We like a lot of information. See our design flow.
